The use of Type-Queries allows a greater easiness on managing the launch and information gathering processes.
A same Query can be repeated regularly to obtain, besides the statistical analysis in a given period, series of data throughout time, to produce and analyse the dynamic evolution of the indicators and make a follow-up on the results of the implemented measures.
The user can chose combinations of some indicators to make personalised reports. Even the forms that will be used in the Queries can be designed and printed for direct use when gathering information.
There are two versions of the Query module available: one suited for the treatment of one hotel and another to use and consolidate information of a group of several hotels.
Being installed with Software Newhotel PMS Front-Office, this module also has the advantage of using in the Queries the same concepts and nomenclatures used in hotel management, as for example Nationalities, Markets, Types of Client, Departments, Services, etc.
