NewClub is a software specialised for management and control of business of Rooms for Events or Shows, with reservation of seats and tables, sale of packages of included services of Food and Beverage, invoice of additional consumptions on tables and control and distribution of revenues by nature (entrance cost, food, drinks, commissions and tips).
For each day or show can be made early reservations or on arrival. To each reservation can be assigned manually or automatically the exact location of the Client's table and seat. The reservations can be associated to an Agency or Commission Agent to which the value of the sold package is invoiced, including the calculation of existing commissions to pay.
The occupation situation of the Room, with the indication of the reserved, occupied and available tables and seats can be searched on the screen or printed on a location map. On the entrance door, the Client can thus see where he'll be seated as well as his location on the room.
Controls in a very efficient way the sale and management of the several packages the Client acquires by a global value of several services, such as: Entrance Fee, Meals (Menu, Dinner, Snacks and/or Beverages (Cockail, Champagne, etc). The value of the sold package (and the eventual pre-payment) is automatically launched on the account of the open table when the Client is registered on arrival, and the products included on that package are requested to the kitchen or service area also automatically. Later, additional consumptions can be launched on the account and invoice using a Point of Sale.
The values sold and the consumed products, either individually or included in packages, are distributed at the end of the day for each one of the Departments of Cost Centres: Door Revenues, Food, Beverages, Gratifications, etc.
This application is fully integrated with the Point of Sale, so it can manage the sales of included packages with the extra sales made. The same way, all the advanced functions of the NewHotel Point of Sale are available, such as cashier control, direct sale, variable prices, split check, table transference, statistics and reports.
