NewGolf is a software to manage Golf courses, Reservations, Sales and Payments. Allows at any time to search slots availability as well as making appointments for a given day and time. Supports the reconfiguration of the course in case it's needed according the occupation.

Integrated Management

Supports all the operations of Golf Course management, such as reservations for one or more golf courses, access to the registry of clients and club members, handicaps, sales, rentals and invoicing. The grouping of tee off is made according the player's handicaps.

Client File Management

The Clients, Players and Associates, as well as all the information and handicaps associated are maintained on a database, with several possibilities of exploitation for management and launch of promotional activities.

Vouchers and Pre-Paid Tickets

Allows the issue, charge and use control of vouchers and tickets valid for several reservations according the rules defined by the Golf Course Management.

Golf Point of Sale

A specialised Point of Sale module for Golf allows making in a simple and intuitive way, the most current operations. Allows creating reservations from the Point of Sale in a quick way for the client that goes directly to the Golf Course and wants to start playing soon. Can also simplify the sale and rental of any type of material at the reception or at the store.

Integration with Hotel

NewGolf is totally integrated with NewHotel PMS Front-Office in a way that facilitates the process of making reservations from the Hotel's reception and sale of Golf services into the hotel's guests account. The Golf invoicing can be made on the Golf Course or transferred to the guest's room account.

Internet Reservations

A Web booking engine allows searching availability and make Golf Reservation on-line, directly on the database of the Golf Course management software.
