NewComplex is a system oriented to make the integrated management of hotel complexes or resorts with several hotels simpler. Each hotel unit has its own database that can work independent or share the same database or the same server.
In a single screen it's possible to make reservations for any Hotel of the complex as well as see the occupation and availability for a unit or for the complex. The most sophisticated tools of planning, such as booking position and forecasts can be applied to the Hotel or the Complex.
Allows making transference of Reservations or Guests from one Hotel to another or even make Reservations with periods of stay divided by the several hotel units. On these situations it's also possible to decide in which Hotel will the production and the invoicing to the Client be generated.
The Clients of any Hotel can make consumptions on the Points of Sale and ask to launch them on the account of the Hotel where they're staying. The control of the generated production, consumptions and invoicing is automatically managed and compensated by the software.
NewComplex has the same functions as Newhotel PMS Advanced Front-Office that are extended to the Multi-Hotel operation without any need of additional training of the Reception and Reservations staff.
