The most relevant information of the activity of the several units of the group are transmitted and saved on the Group's central database. From this data Warehouse, NewCental allows getting consolidated results, statistics, management and audit analysis for each unit, by region and by Group total.

NewCentral has an efficient and instantaneous system of identification of Clients and Guests, being this one of the most valuable resources for a hotel group. NewCentral offers automatic integration in a central Cardex on a group level and this access is immediate in all the unit of the hotel group.

Tariffs and Contracts

NewCentral allows the centralised control of contracts, tariffs, agencies, companies and entities of all the hotels from the corporate headquarters. Allotments and execution indicators, occupation and sales can be consolidated for each entity at a group level.

Safety

Codes and access permissions to the system can be controlled by the Central or shared with the hotels according the wanted levels for each type of user: search, change, create or delete information.
